The City Centre branch in Observatory has been operating the longest in our portfolio, since 2002. The building itself is situated in Prices Industrial Park, in Nelson Road, and was originally the Prices Candle Factory (those white fluted ones with the blue lighthouse on the label). There is an old railway siding for deliveries and the walls are three bricks thick!
The stores have been built into this warehouse, and in most cases are double volume due to the height available. We have over 300 stores of sizes ranging from 2,5sqm up to 50sqm, with the most popular being 7 and 14 sqm.
Our head office is also in this building, as well as the Winecellar a sister company who trades in fine wines and climate controlled storage of these wines.
The Inner North Suburbs branch in Maitland is on the busy Voortrekker road between 11th and 12th streets. The building was used for various industrial companies and was in the process of being converted to storage when Securistore acquired it in 2014. The adjoining property has since been bought and offers further storage as well as secure long term parking.
The stores in the building are over three floors and are all brick structures.. We have over 300 stores of sizes ranging from 2,5sqm up to 36sqm, with majority being smaller sized stores below 7sqm.
The Southern Suburbs branch in Tokai is in an industrial precinct just off Main road, just behind the “Spotty Dog” for those who know this southern suburbs landmark. The building was originally a juice factory and has been operating as a storage facility since 2003. Securistore acquired it in 2007 and has expanded to its current size over the years.
The stores built into this warehouse are over three levels due to the height of the building. We have over 300 stores of sizes ranging from 2,5sqm up to 30sqm, with the most popular being 7 and 14 sqm. We also have secure long term shaded parking available at this branch..
The West Coast branch in Parklands is on the busy Parklands Main Road and Wood Drive intersection. The building is in a shopping complex and was originally a furniture megastore. Securistore has acquired it in 2017 and we’re currently converting it to storage on an ongoing basis.
The stores in the building are currently over two floors and are warehouse racking and wood structures. We have about 100 stores of sizes ranging from 2,5sqm up to 14sqm, but can accommodate other sizes if requested.
