How do I get in contact?

How are the units built?

All our units are built within a warehouse with various building materials, ranging from steel scaffolding and wooden sheeting to brick and mortar, depending on the branch. For more information contact a branch near you.

Do you have insurance?

Securistore does not offer insurance on the contents inside of your unit. You can inform your own insurer of your intent to store items, should they need any information from our side, we will gladly assist.

I do not know what unit size I need, can you help?

Yes, we can. When making contact with your chosen branch list the items you want to store and our experienced staff will help choose the best option for you and your budget.

How do I pay?

All payments can be made via EFT, debit order or online with YOCO, as well as cash or card at your branch.

What are the unit access hours?

Access to units during office hours only: Monday – Friday: 8:00 to 17:00 Saturdays: 8:00 to 12:00 Closed Sundays and Public Holidays. If access outside of these hours are required, it can be arrange with your chosen branch. Securistore reserves the right to amend or cancel any agreement made in this regard at the discretion of the branch manager.
